I know what you mean. I waited until the S410's were all gone. Then I was pissed they sold out. Now a week later they're back and I see the blem at that price. I had to pull the trigger...

I bought mine a couple of weeks ago for $379, I was ready to go for another one but nobody has any more. I like what I hear so far and can't wait for the first couple of outdoor gigs to air it out!:)

Pyrohr, How do you like it so far?

What do you run it with?

Mine should be here on Friday. Just in time for a big gig at the end of the month.

    Can hardly wait...

I will be running it alone with my GK 1001RBII head or with my GK RBH1x15 cab for the big or outdoor stuff! The Aggie goes to the next gig, I don't care if I'm playing in a closet or a telephone booth!!!:) As far as liking it I do very much, I just need that opportunity to air it out!

I got mine for that price without shipping from guitar center (basically MF is GC's warehouse). All I did was tell them MF had it for that price and he said "you got it" after he saw the website!

The S410 showed up today. The "blem" has absolutley nothing wrong it. Some guy bought it, didn't like, and returned it.

The S410 rocks!!! :D It a high quality, pro level cab.

It's super punchy with my MM4 Jazz, Rauncy and raggety with the P-Bass and phat and deep with Lakland.

I see what you mean, it's hard to air it out playing in the house. It needs to be on stage or outdoors to really rock it out. I have a big show at the in a couple of weeks. That will be a good test for it.

It sounds really good standing about 20 feet away from it. The two ports in rear make for different effect since so much bass is coming out the rear. It just bathes you in low frequencies. I think it will be a lot of fun to manage and direct the bass coming out the rear.

Two would make for a really sweet rig...

    nice!

what amp are you using with it?

not to give you more GAS, but IMHO, the aguilar AG500 rocks with those guys. tonality and EQ curves of that amp just makes the cabs sit up and shout. plumb made me nearly splurge on an AG500/S210 setup at my local dealer!

    Bump for the S410

I have two of them, and they rock the stage.

Okay, that sounded really corny. :ninja:

Thank you for getting that temptation out of the Musician's Friend Clearance section. I was eyeing that cab yesterday, thinking it would sound great with my 210.

Hey Liq, can you tell us more about this cab when played in medium and large venues, will it handle the bass knob at higher volumes or do you have to back off? I really like to know what you think.

I posted my review a month or two ago ... I think it is a fantastic cab that everyone really missed the boat on. So punchy, so light, such great tone ...

Wish I could find a couple of S210s :crying: , but I plan to console my grief with a pair of the upcoming db210s. :hyper:
