Aguilar speakers always get good reviews, and alot of pros like them, but I was at their site looking at the 1x15, and it only goes down to 40hz? Is that right? What about if you wanted to play a five string on it. Also why does it use eminence speakers?

Well, just about everyone uses Eminence speakers, as very few (if any) amp manufacturers make their own drivers. By all accounts, Eminence makes good speakers. the 1x15 doesn't just stop short at 40hz, thats just where the db starts to drop, either +/- 3db, or +/- 6 db, or something similar. It handles the low B just fine.
  3. Actually, there are few cabs that go down to 31Hz. without db loss. If there are they are few and far between. That Aguilar 1x15 is a beast, it wont let you down in the least.
