Has anyone here had any experiences with bass violins made by this luthier? I recently happened upon one - kind of a pretty, hand carved number, with a light finish. Probably made in the 1930's in Buffalo, New York. I doubt that there are many out there. It is not likely that the shop's output was very high. I understand that he also made guitars and other types of stringed instruments. Well, any feedback would be appreciated.
