Alert for change to prefix on watched classified threads

    It would be nice to get an alert when a classified thread changes its prefix (e.g. For Sale to Sold, Traded, No Longer Available etc.) I will often watch a classified thread that I am on the fence about, and have gone back to the thread to buy it only to realize it was marked as sold without anyone adding a post.
