Nearly 30 years with a headlining rock band and he lives in an apartment?

  3. I'm thinkin' maybe that's just a Florida vacation pad. Then again, maybe he's blown all that house money on the sauce..

Wow has he gained weight! 230 lbs? He used to be very thin.
As for the apartment thing, they did state it was at the Ritz-Carlton, so he still is doing fine for himself.

Wow, it took them 30 years to get into the rock n' roll lifestyle.;)

At least now we know Lifeson's real last name is Zivojinovich.

And Geddy's last name is really Winerib....

...man, I'm so disappointed...I've met Alex, and he was VERY personable and polite to me, so was Geddy. I hope this was a case of overly-zealous southwest Florida sherrif's deputies. (wouldn't be the first time...)

    :meh:

Nearly 30 years with a headlining rock band, and he doesn't know what happens when you invite yourself on someone elses stage?

Try that at a rush show, and see what happens.

Actually he only spends about half of the year in his florida home, I believe the other half is in Canada.

I really don't know what to think of this, I think that both parties (the police and Alex + family) might be blowing this out of proportion. It was really nice of them to post his address in the first article though, huh? Way to respect someone's privacy.

I hope this doesn't interfere with the tour.

Apparently "Zivojinovich" translates into English roughly as "life son" hence the stage name.

Yeah, that was real classy. Now everybody and their dog knows where his winter house is. Leaves him open to lots of harrassment from fans, and God forbid, stalkers.
