    N e way what you see Tye Zamora play is a custom DAVE PARR 6-String

    worth megga BUCKS (about £4500)

    n e way hope i was of help.

    but i know where you are comming from it does look like a warwick

    Uh, I doubt he spent 4500 pounds on it. In fact, I doubt he spent all that much money on it! Where did you get that figure?

    but....

    the post about tye zamora in the bassisits section should tell you all you need (thats where i got that figure) (i think:rolleyes: )
     
  8. In "Movies", he is playing the Dave Parr 6. In "Smooth Criminal", he's playing a Kenneth Lawrence 5.

    Yeah, supposedly they are for sale for $4000 (RETAIL), so about $2800, which is nowhere the ~$6750 that our new member here suggested.

    Didn't Parr only do the fretwork and and finishing?
     
  13. yes angus i do belive you are correct

    from what i can gather tye made most of the bass himself. parr is supposed to have dune "the hard stuff" ie the frets, truss rod and finnishing.

    but dave parr still sell it as 1 of their own basses.

    Im pretty sure its a Kenneth Lawrence 6....but do a search....there have been lots of threads on this subject

  17. I dont know what angus' is, but mine is your grammor... you're 16... yet you're talking like you're 10. (no offence of course, many people type in slang, its a lot easier to read/understand if you type in regular good ole' english.)

    There will be no problems here, m'kay? There is no need to start a flame war with Angus. That last post of his probably just meant he didn't quite get that last part of your post, which I didn't either. So, let's keep it calm.
