I could get away with just my early 60's Silvertone Model 1444 or my Hofner Ignition Club bass.

The only thing that would make you more versatile is an upright!

  4. Your bass collection is fabulous... just add a Music Man Stingray and a fretless.

There, I gave you an excuse to spend money, you're welcome.

Georgeous selection, it could use a Stingray, and a fretless, and maybe a 5 string, and G&L L2000, and a Warwick thumb, and a...

Sorry, just how my brain works. I've got issues... :smug:

    Seriously nice basses

  9. I was going to say no, but I just read a post here that basically everything Paul recorded
from Rubber Soul on was on a Ricky in the studio so, yes, yes you do!

  10. Nice. I have three I really dig. Its kind of funny because I have what I need for everything I play but I find my self looking at basses that wouldn’t work with my band at all and eventually I tell myself “what the hell are you thinking.” Lol

    Hmm... I dont see a 5 string, a fretless, or a 5 string fretless. Or a 6 string or a multiscale or...

Just breaking chops, nice little group you got there!

Now if need be...I do have one bass that covers EVERYTHING very nicely.

  18. That's curiously devoid of Daisy Rocks, Hofners, EB-0s, and anything with active electronics. Aside from that, you've got everything covered nicely.

  19. Just missing something that does a modern hifi sound. Stingray maybe, or warwick or spector.

But for classic albums you've got it covered
