AllParts Tele Bass Neck?

Discussion in 'Luthier's Corner' started by Journey55, Jul 19, 2013.

  1. Anyone have any experience with these? I found a really good deal on one and was planning on putting it on a precision body but I figured I'd ask what you guys thought of them first. For example, is it more of a Precision profile or Jazz and how sturdy is it? The one I have in my sights so to speak is maple, thanks!

Allparts necks are very good quality. As for the neck profile, I haven't used one of them, but I would assume its more of a P profile.

I've bought a few ALLPARTS necks and have been happy w/every one. My J has an ALLPARTS neck w/ebony board and it's a benchmark for me.

Build #50, every one using an Allparts neck. Check their website for dimensions. I've never received a bad one and my customers all like them. Light weight, excellent frets and adjust dead flat. IIRC, the tele neck is 1-5/8" Precision width, C shape.
