    fred here, callin out a "hi to all" from Kaua'i.

    fabulous trip so far.

    Hawaii was great, if tiring. green sand beaches, black sand beaches,
    lava flows.

    arrived in Kaua'i yesterday. hotel has an internet cafe!

    beaches, waterfalls, snorkelin, etc...for another week!!!

    found a cool little wood supply shop here. i asked if he had any nice
    wood for guitar tops. he said:

    "i have killer sh*t!"

    i'm hoping he meant wood.

    loooong overdue vacation!!!

    i'm meeting with the KOA dude tomorrow. can't wait. hope he has some nice stuff.

    his ad in the phone book reads:

    "2 guys, 2 phones and a pile of wood."

    the pineapple here is the best! i don't typically don't like it, but here its lovely!

    the pig is good too!!!!

    went to a specialty lumber store this morning.

    they had a room FILLED with beeeeyooootiful KOA!!!

    bought a 8" x 80" x 1" board, nice grain and full premium curl!!!

    now, this trip is a legal WRITE OFF!

    should be able to get 3 stunning tops out of it.

    back to the BEACH!
