You're talking about Stanley Clarke's School Days, right? I dont headbang to it, but I absolutely LOVE it and go into delirium whenever I hear it.

Lamentably, I find I can no longer headbang to any music of any sort being as I seem to have developed arthritis in my neck. Added to that I have a balance problem. If I attempt headbanging, not only does my neck hurt, I get dizzy. My hair is no longer the length it was either, so headbanging doesn't look as cool when I do it.

Oh well, a 58-year old headbanger looks kind of weird anyway. I do remember with fondness headbanging to Iron Maiden, Testament and Sepultura. Those were the good old days.

 

NotDuane, are you referring to "Sing, Sing, Sing" the Gene Krupa song? That is a great song for headbanging...in fact, maybe it was the true FIRST true headbanging song...generations ahead of its time. I love Krupa.
