Fender American Vintage Classic Precision basses are the staple to any bass collection. I unfortunately have waaay too many P-basses and need to let them go.

This is a beautiful faded blue precision bass with a faded white Pickguard, almost looks green, it’s amazing.

Its weight is around 8.5lbs without the bridge and pickup covers.

I upgraded the pickups to Lindy Fralin pups and it sounds INCREDIBLE! I will throw in the original pickup as well. Comes with all the case candy and a beautiful white and gold hardshell case. Just a stunner! I played this bass a few months back in Austin, TX and everyone loved the tone and the look. It’s so classic looking.

I don’t know how long this will last on here, or if I’ll decide to pull it since it’s so gorgeous. So you better hurry before I change my mind

    Sorry no trades.

    $1550 + shipping

Not a scratch, nick or curling on this. This is mint.

Did you have a preference between the two basses you’ve posted?

@sneha1965 i think I preferred the color of the Faded Blue more. But it was completely aesthetic.

I assume they both sound the same with the Lindy pickup? One does not excel sound wise or in feel over the other?

@sneha1965 So I believe the Faded Blue has the +10 overwind and is a bit darker when the tone is all the way, and the Olympic White has a +5 overwind which is less dark in tone.

To me they sound pretty similar.

@Matt.E.Stein i believe it’s a 2017 and I am not the original owner. I bought from a commercial airline pilot, hardly picked it up and played it. His wife made him sale it, unfortunately.
