Mod's delete if I have broken a law.....

This is not for sell, it actually goes to Japan for our Distributor so it won't see US turf much longer anyway and its a customer's over there already as well....

I thought its turned out quite amazing and thought you extended range guys would get a kick out of this 8 string... its pretty off the hook......

Those are blue LED's too. I didn't even try to photo those as they usually don't show.

I'm generally not one for 8 strings or the Bennavente singlecut but....WOAH! *picks up jaw* stunning.

by the way, what does IBTL stand for? :bag:

Every bass, it just getting wilder and wilder!
I saw the drawing and seeing the finished product is an amazing realization.

Cant wait to play mine for the first time next week!
    cerrunos calls me!

by the way.... Remember I was bitching about a certian slow as molassas luthier last week.. That same day I got body pics!
no routers yet but the body was rough shaped not bad for 2.5 years! :eyebrow:

My comment is less funny now :(

    Cool bass though! :D

  15. Wow, great bass! This really proves that Chris Benavente is rushing ahead, evolving like crazy and leaving any competition to bite the dust. How much does it weigh? I'm asking because I still can't believe how light my SC5-B is, considering the size.
But this 8-string is a much bigger 'lump of wood' altogether, so I'm curious...

Very nice. I am with the group that would take it with two less strings, however.

I am really starting to like his singlecuts. A lot.

    Just AMAZING.

But I would only take if it had one more string, maybe two or three but thats it.

(If Jazzbo sees this, this will get locked - see OT :D )

    Anyway, stunning!
Those p-up covers and those knobs go very well with the vibe of the whole bass.

    I'm curious about weight, too.
