"Liam Cusack, the marketing coordinator for Dragon Models USA, said the figure pictured on the Web site is believed to be "Special Ops Cody," a military action figure the company manufactured in late 2003.

"It pretty much looks exactly like the same person," he said."

    "the same person" lolz.

  4. I don't know what to say about this. I'm just happy it's not a real soldier.

Am I suddenly living in a slapstick movie about terrorists? Are the Zucker Brothers involved with this?

  6. The toy gun pointing at the toy soldier. Yay.

Of course his captor is Raggedy An-war.

I certainly hope that this is a sign of how desparate they are.

All I can come up with is "What are they thinking????"

I mean, that CNN article reads and looks like it should have come from the Onion.

No, moron! You can't just start a slow clap for no reason. You'll know when the time is right.

  15. *slow clap*

  16. Not only that, but the picture makes it obvious that it's a little plastic guy. I guess Iraqis might not be familiar w/ action figures, but the whole picture is unbelievable. Look at the thing in the background (banner?) it's obviously way too thick. Looks like the air freshener in my car w/ some stuff glued to it more than a banner or flag or anything like that. The gun is obviously plastic too, all though I'm not sure why.....

    Pretty funny stuff. :D

  17. The bright pink lips are a nice touch. So I guess the Iraqis put make-up on our soldiers to embarass them? :smug:
