I dont know what they are thinking when they say the housing is affordable in Denver.

The average price for a home is almost at $300,000. I don't think that is very afforable.

  5. Hahahaha Providence. Providence is a dump. Especially south of the hospitals. North Providence isn't bad though. Like Barignton and such.

Shows you how smart I am, moved from #1 to #4. PG is ok, JUST VERY VERY DULL. The only saving grace is that its close to Sarasota and Ft Meyers. Raleigh #1??????? Thats a load of crap, traffic is a nightmare, more construction on roads than I-95 which never gets finished. I know for a fact that their healthcare isnt that great.....CUZ I LEFT!!!!! :p

I've stayed in Raleigh a bunch of times, and I'd definitely say it's FAR from the #1 place to live. Very low real estate costs, but that's about the high point. No city with more than five Food Lion grocery stores should be anywhere on a Top Ten list.

    Danbury's pretty nice though.

Well, given the honor to be "Amaericas Top 10" would be an honor, no? Maybe city councils payed off MSN?

Probably not, but a good conspiracy never hurt anyone...

  17. If they did a top 10 worst places, I'm willing to be 10 bucks Houston would be on it :meh:

Honestly, 3/4 of Houston I'm scared to even go into.

I'm with you there. Not too good when you can see the air you're breathing. Or hear the bullets whizzing by your head on your early morning jog.

  20. That stuff there makes me afraid to leave my house...only big crime round here that happened when i was alive was this guy Rex Allen Krebs (i think thats how u spell it..) well, he worked down the road from my house, like about a 5 minute walk and he murdered 4 college students and buried their bodies in his yard up in the hills! REALLY scary thing is is that me and my friends used to bike up in the hills where he lived like every weekend and past his house where the bodies were buried every time we rode up there...its crazy thinkin back on it cuz we had no idea! The only way he got caught was that his parole officer found something that belonged to one of the girls and had the cops called out and they found some holes that had been recently dug, undug em and found the bodies...crazy stuff in dis world...

then there was this lady that kept her DEAD mom in the back room for like a few years and the crazy thing is is that she brought her dead mom's cat into my mom's work (my mom is a vet) to have the cat cremated (sp??) and asked her to keep the cat there till her mother died because her mother would be heartbroken...but the crazy thing is is that her mother had been dead for like 2 years before the cat!!
