    Hallo fellow bassplayers,

    Your amp is sitting by my door as I type - I'm dropping it off at the USPS on the way to work this morning, and you should see it in 3-5 days.

    I appreciate your patience with the situation, hopefully it will all be resolved soon!

    The only reason your box was opened at this end was to put your t-shirt in it! :D It is also clearly marked as "Warranty Repair!!!" (even though it's not exactly "repaired", it's replaced), so don't let them try to charge you any taxes or duties!!! :p

    And thank you very much for letting me know about having marked "Warranty-Repair!!!" on the box......it's important for me to know it,so that I'll eventually refuse to pay any extra-charge.It's cool to be allowed to avoid paying taxes at least once.....we pay so much in Italy...

    Yes I've been patience,but I'm totally satisfied now by this solution,considering how much unlucky and odd the story had started.
