Awhile ago I posted about sending back my buzzing Behringer BX600 amp. I decided not to, because I think the buzzing is some kind of electronic problem, not a broken speaker or anything.

I discovered that when I touch the side of the amp, the buzzing dissapears. When I take my hand away, it returns. It's not my bass, I plugged in a guitar and the buzzing was still there. My first thought is that this is some kind of grounding issue. But I'm not sure.

    Anyone know anything about this?

oh yeah that's a grounding issue
any chance that the outlet you are using it on isn't grounded?

Possibly. Come to think of it, the buzzing hadn't started until I moved it to another outlet. I'll move it around and test it on other outlets. Although the plug it's in does have the "third prong" for the ground wire.
