Amp set up question

    I'm planning on getting a Hartke HA3500 o HA4000 and a 4x10 cab.. I'm thinking of either a VX4x10..

    The question is.. I didn't know this before, but that cab has two imputs..and as I'm just learning about setting this things up, i'm wondering this thing is supposed to work by hooking both outputs of the amp to both of the inputs on the cab.. Is it??? :confused:

    There are two jacks on the cabinet so that you can hook another cabinet in parallel with it. Do not hook both outputs of your amp to both inputs on the cabinet.

    IMO, the 3500 is a much better sounding head than the 4000. YMMV.

    Connect your amp into one and only one of the input jacks. If you get another cabinet later you can connect it to the other jack on the cabinet. ( amp -> speaker -> speaker )
