These pictures are from an online auction. As I looked at them I realized-- there's something wrong with the way the amp stand is sitting. This is photo proof that non musicians SHOULD NOT try to sell musical equipment!
I think you mean people w/o common sense, LOL! One look & I'd think anyone could guess how that thing should be set up. Not long ago I did a deal with a gal on FB who was selling gear, but it was her brother's gear., and he wasn't on FB. It was a complete mess & I won't be doing that again. If it's not your gear, unless I really really want it, I'll pass.
Look out, dbase. Now the crackheads at the Going Out of Business Motel will be stealing those and selling them to guitar players.
You laugh. I had to help a guitar player figure out his brand spanking new, I picked this up on the way here, amp stand. When he asked for my help he was having trouble getting his amp in his new stand, set up exactly like the pictures you posted. I'd seen my brother use one many times so I knew what to do. TBH, had I not know from experience I might have just tried to help him get his amp on it as it sat. I'm just a bass guy, what do i know from all that high tech stuff guitar players use?
Hi, The seller is pointing out the fact that the unit still has all four rubber feet, a rare occurrence with used amp stands. Thank you for your indulgence, BassCliff
