I'm using a GK 400 for shows, and recently, it has started to cut out for no reason. Strange thing is, when you smack it, it starts to work again. I tried slaving a power amp to it to drive the speakers, but the problem persists.

The repair shop could find nothing wrong with it after taking two weeks and 40 bucks. What gives?

Three cheers for the Fonzie approach :)

It's probably a dry solder or a faulty capacitor. Take it to a repair shop that knows whet they're doing.
