Just picked up a rough looking SVT810. Looks rough, all the tolex was cut off and the cab has been painted white(as well as the grill). It sounds brand new and plays perfect. I am looking into getting it restored but don't want to send it off anywhere. So, anyone out there done Amp restoration before? Where can I get tolex? Will an upholstery shop be able to re-tolex it?
I want to just find a replacement grill but don't know where to start.

    Thanks for any help!

Maybe try typing tolex in google. That can give you plenty of options. The first hit that came back for me was Vibroworld.com. They had tolex and speaker grill material. Of course, there were many other options to choose from.
