Anyone have any thoughts on re-tolexing a beat up 810e cab I just got and will be reselling? A lot of folks who are inquiring about the cab get turned off with a 4"x2" tolex tear and other peeling/tear areas and thought I would check out if anyone has any experiences they could share. Has anyone ever attempted to do it themselves?

I archived a Tolex Tutorial. This was on a Yahoo forum some years back. I recommend water-based contact cement. Don't use the green stuff. Tolex Tutorial (load the *.html file in your browser, scan images with viewer)
