I just picked up a B100R. Talk about warm and vintage tone!
Any suggestions on knob settings to get the most out of this?

I love the mid burp that i can get with this amp. I tend to boost the lo mids an high mids to about 8, and i put the bass on 5, treble on about 6, gain i leave down at about 4. On the little 'boost' buttons, i boost the lows and highs, and leave the mids button unpressed.

With a neck-thru 5 string with flatwounds I usually set it flat. If I'm going to use a pick I cut low mids to 4 and high mids to 3.

I set it this way with my Peavey Cirrus
    Gain: 5
    Lows: 7
    Low mids: 6
    Hi mids: 7
    Highs: 5
Low and high boost buttons on.

The Cirrus has a hi-fi "pingy" sound so boosting the lows is a great help.

  5. Thanks for the info. I just got a Peavey Millennium and my B100R sounds good with those settings.
