  1. Yes! Total retro groove, far out and totally portable.

  2. Not bad, but save up for a b2r and 4x10.

  3. Nah, that old 12" 130 watt Trace Elliott 712 combo you can get 2nd hand at half the price will do.

It's a great amp!! I highly recommend it.
  4. I voted for the B2R and 4x10. I've had both, the head/cab is way more versatile and loud. The B100R is cool looking and sounds pretty good, but not on par with a good head and 4x10. No way as good.
  5. I recommend it higher than Gubu! I love mine!
  6. Great amp if you don't have a need for a lot of volume.

  8. I don't know what I should buy either. The ampeg looks pretty good, though.

Ah, I'll have to think. I hate thinking!

I LOVE it! Just a vote from a happy user, for whatever it's worth.
  10. Thanks for your input...but I decided to go with the b2r voters......

It IS a great amp, but I think I need a bit more definition at the bottom end and more vol.

    350 watts, here I come.

The B-2R is a nice head. If you plan only to use one cab, I'd recomend the SVT 410HLF. It's a 4 OHM ported cab & I've been using one for about 3 years. I've used it with alot of Ampeg heads (SVT IIIPRO, SVT IIPRO,SVP-PRO/SVP-1500, V4-B) & it works great with all the heads alone or combined with my Carvin RL210.

If you plan to use 2 cabs in the future with this hean, I'f get an 8 OHM SVT-410HE & then you can pair it with the same cab, a 15" or a 2x10".
