Ampeg BA112 question

Discussion in 'Amps and Cabs [BG]' started by Rob Martinez, Apr 12, 2009.

  1. What exactly are the styles, numbered 1-5? I assume 1 is flat, as the higher up you go, the more treble and high end there is. 2 seems to be close to being flat EQ, just more volume. Any ideas?

    BTW, I love this combo!

They are set points for the midrange. Not sure of the exact points, but essentially it's like a simplified semi parametric mid control.

    There you go. 1- -25dB @ 500hz, 2- -12dB @ 500hz, 3- flat, 4- +5dB @ 2k hz & up, 5- -6dBb @ 50hz & below. Definitive answer, thanks Fetzu.
