Ampeg BSE 410HLF to buy or not to buy

    Anybody have any knowledge or experience with these cabs? Have the opportunity to get one at a good price but I have to drive an hour to try it out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    #1. It's a 4 ohm cab and you can't add to it unless you have a 2 ohm stable amp head.

    #2. It's part of Ampeg's budget series. Ok sounding, but not going to hit the volume levels of the more expensive Ampeg offerings.

    I tried one ages ago and don't remember anything worthwhile about it. I suggest passing on it.
