Looking to get a new rig. have tried the Genz Benz GBE600 with a 410 cab. Sounded great.

Looking to try the Mesa Boogie M-Pulse 600 Amp with a 410 cab and maybe a 15 with it.

Also would like to know how these compare with the Ampeg SVT Pro Heads with 410 cab.

Has anyone compared these side by side or have any opinion about them.
    thanks

Fogot to mention that I have a Aguilar DB659 prea-amp. Would adding power amp to this set-up be better? The direct sound out of the DB659 didn't sound as good as the GB.

  4. Dude, if you've got a 659, get yourself a nice QSC or Stewart power amp. Get a parametric EQ for more versatility if you really think you need it.

Now get thee to an Aguilar dealer and try out a GS410, the best 4x10 on the market bar none.
