I haven´t got the chance to try out that cab so. what should i expect from that cab soundwise?

Can anyone tell my how that cab sounds like (in details)... and specially if someone has tried that combination....

The HLF gets mind boggling lows. Despite it's ratings, it sounds deeper to me than just about anything else out there. It's not a very clear or hi-fi cabinet, and the highs aren't particularly present.

I think the HLF is a great cabinet for blues or something- any kind of music where you want to feel the bass. If you want something on the articulate side, don't go for this one.

Oh, and I the have same Ashdown, and I am sure it would drive the HLF just fine - although I've never tried them together.
