According to Ampeg, the Scrambler pedal is True Bypass. However, when I look at the block diagram in the manual, the -15 DB pad is part of the chain before the bypass which makes it, imo, not true true bypass. Can someone owning the pedal confirm that the -15DB pad is active when bypassed yes/no?
The reason for me asking is that I'm looking to buy this pedal but I had the scr-di before which distorted in (not true) bypass on hotter pickups and it sounded not so good with the -15DB pad on.
    Thanks!
