will this be enough power for a two guitar rock band???

I love the way the ampeg amp sounds, but is the SVT-3 pro powerful enough? The cab is 4 ohms so I'd be getting 450 into 6x10's. You guys think that will be enough???

in my experience, and svt3-pro has enough power
to run a 6x10 with good volume, but not with alot
of headroom. you'll be anywhere from 1/2 to
3/4 volume when playing a loud gig - YMMV.

the obvious alternative is the svt4-pro, but it's
    more expensive and heavy.

if you decide you want a 3pro, let me know, i
have one for sale in mint shape with a new protec
rack back and transferable warranty - for $650.

I normally use a higher-powered rack rig, but I've not yet run out of headroom when gigging with my SVT3Pro in my one-guitar rock band. Note that the one guitarist is loud as hell... mostly because the drummer is loud as hell.

P.S. It also seems to provide enough power into 8 ohms at (loud) rehearsals.
