Does anyone have experience with the Ampeg SVT-810E 8x10 cabinet and a 5-string?

I believe its rated at -3dB at 58Hz, with a "usable low" of 40Hz. So I'm not expecting an accurate reproduction of the low B fundamental by any stretch of the imagination. I've played a low B through an SVT-CL to the 8x10 at a pretty decent volume, so I know that it seems to sound ok. But is pushing this frequency through a cabinet not designed for it safe? I've heard stories of speakers (in other cabinets) flapping around when they try to reproduce something too low. . . is this a concern here?
