I play a Ampeg 2 pro right now, but I am In love with the Idea of owning a eden(mostly cause I live in MN and I like to support the local boys, it doesn't hurt that Eden makes some good ****.)
My question is this...has anyone played though both of these, and could you compare them for me?
    Thanks

  2. Do you mean the Eden VT-300 all tube head? I have never tried one but I think it would sound best if you can find one that comes with EL-34's. A 300 watt all tube bass amp with EL-34's would be too cool. Bass player did a review on one and had nothing but good things to say about it.

  3. If you mean an Eden VT300A, I've got one and the sound is to die for. However, there have been some reliability issues with some of the older VT300 models. Psycho has one that is pretty much useless do to these earlier design flaws. If you get one make sure it is a VT300A and not a VT300. It will say VT300A on the back panel.
