Ampeg SVT Pro Preamp Black face or Silver?

    Does anybody know if there is a diffrence between the older Black face SVT Pro Preamp and the newer silver face?

    Which model SVT Pro? They have 4 or 5.

    I'm not sure, but I think he means the SVP-Pro. I've owned both, and the old blackface one seems to be a little less "hi-fi"...great preamp for that old school grunt.
