Ampeg V4 repair

Anybody have tips on a good place near Chicago?

This one needs a little tlc. Channel 2 doesn't come on until the volume is over 12:00, where it comes on full force. The midrange control has two settings: cut (up to 9:00) and pretty flat (the rest of the range). The reverb is pretty faint as well. And some occasional angry crackles while idling. Other than that great! Ok, also missing the back panel and it has Fender Groove Tube GT6L6B power tubes that I'm sure it wasn't biased/adjusted for...What do you want for a pawn shop find?

 

PA as in Pennsylvania? Pretty far from me in the Chicago suburbs.
