Ampeg V4BH: changing tubes to improve?

    Hi,
    I just got a V4BH.
    I know to some it is not the real deal (as opposed to a V4), but it is the only one I could get my hands on.

    Question to the collective V4 users:
    Does experimenting with the tubes improve the (already great) sound ?

    It is a 2002 model.

    They're great heads, and they sound fantastic. I wouldn't go tube swapping, unless there was a problem.
