does, say a 600 wat amp put out 600 to each speaker or just spread it out evenly because i want to buy a cabintet but i dont have the money for a head just yet so i wanted to use my 120 amps 4-8ohm out put to plug into a stack and i want to know if having the tack would make any differences in volume from hust my plain amp. help me please.

We're gonna need more information than that. What amps/cabs are you talking about, specifically?

ok would a 12o watt bass amplifier connected to my bc-120 from the 8-ohm out to a 4X12 cab with 200 watt speakers have the same power as just using my plain 120 watt amp speaker combo

It should, if the 4x12 cab has decent speakers and is 8 ohms...a little more because of more speakers.
