An Ibanez that looks good?

Discussion in 'Basses [BG]' started by Jon223, Jan 19, 2004.

  1. It looks like Ibanez' version of a Jack Casady bass!

I am definitely going to look for one of these to check out.

Thanks for the heads up, Jon223.

I should go through MF's site; haven't done it in a while.

Pretty cool looking. My fave Ibanez design, though, would have to be the BTB's.
  3. thats what im thinking, Jack Casady lookalike for 400.

I think they should cover the PU, it'd look a little more in place.

I like this one. I know its not new, but its my favorite BTB

This one isn't bad either, but I don't know when it'll be available

  7. OH YES! I've been Jonesing for this one since I first saw it: The Ibanez BTB5CRW. It's not even at the Ibanez site!

Rosewood and figured maple top, bubinga fingerboard, 18 volt system with custom Barts among other things. It's at Musiciansfriend for $1,349.99, and it's a limited edition. It's only $70 more than the BTB1005E. http://www.ibanez.com/guitars/guitar.asp?model=BTB1005E

    I love BTBs.

    I am so tempted.

Pretty clumsy burst finish. Gimme the Iceman too.
