    Dear kind (cheese head) sir,

Please do not beat up my Giants too badly this weekend.

Let's make this a kinder and gentler 2017 and have a heart.

    Sincerely,
    ptg

P.S. I wanted to make this note a little more football-like and aggressive but, alas, I have no offense.

Given the Giants history of success in the playoffs at Lambeau, it will be hard fought. Alas, the Packers have no defense.

  3. Looking forward to this game, I'm ready for playoffs and football that's better than mediocre.

The Giants have been mediocre all year so I am not sure if we can help your cause!

The Giants, as a team, have been ok. Eli has been quite pedestrian, however. He does seem to wake up during the play-offs historically. At least, that's what my brother the Giants homer says :D

  7. When you're used to the Vikings special brand of mediocrity, just about anything else is exciting.

If we can keep the receivers from partying with Manziel and Bieber for too long, we have a chance...

I wish them 49's were mediocre and I wish the owner Jed York would have fired himself. He has destroyed a franchise that was once great. Firing the coach and GM will not solve the problems.

Ah, but firing the coach gives the illusion of doing something while only setting you further behind. Ask my son, the Jet fan.

Yup, most people around here are not fooled by that. Not only did York destroy the team he also moved them out of town. There is no love for him in San Francisco.

Are you saying they need a new York?

It'll solve the problems of the other NFC West teams - give each a couple of wins. Well, maybe not the Rams.

Same can be said about my beloved Detroit Lions. And they just brought Jim Caldwell back for 2017. Will this madness ever end.

The coach might have had his job today if he made an example of the cry-baby quarterback by benching him until he (the qb) knew how to put the team above his fragile ego.

I'll be cheering the Packers on. I'm a Dallas fan and I'd rather not see us face them a third time.
They were the only team than beat us this year.
The Eagles did not win that game. The Cowboys lost it.
