I searched, but could find anything.

Is the new NS2000 the same thing as the old NS-2A?

I also noticed the new professional/NS2000 models
have a different shaped horn than the US, European, and the old Korean models.

Can't really help you with the comparison to the old Korean models and the current NS2000/4 and /5, but I think that the difference in horn shape is maybe just down to angle of photograph!

I'd imagine that there is one template for body shape that is used throughout the line - but I could be wrong!

You could always field this question to Stuart Spector in the Luthier's Corner forum!:)

Different basses. The NS-2A looks more like the traditional NS shape. The NS-2000 is alittle different. The NS-2A has PJ picks & the NS-2000 has soapbars, Differend neck, different hardwase. Both great basses.

FYI the NS20004 and 5 are discontinued. They felt that there were too many different choices and since since the introduction of the Repob basses the NS2000 series stopped selling so well.
