Man I love the sound of Andrew Gouche's USA sig bass. The only problem is I dont have $6,000 dollars to purchase one :crying:, thats a lot of money. My budget is $1,500 dollars. Do anyone know of a 6 string bass that would give the same tone for my budget?

I was looking at DP Customs, and I see he build basses on the cheap side. I was looking into his basses but theres not that many videos out there to compare. Does anyone know anything about Dp Customs.

There is an import version. Not exactly sure what the price is but is a lot less than a USA one.

I did own a DP custom for a little bit. It was a 6 string fretless that was a cross between a Carl Thompson and a jazz. Thing weighted a ton but that was because it was primarily purpleheart. Was pretty good for the price. I paid $300 for mine used on here. Ended up getting rid of it only because I picked up a Roscoe Century Signature 6 fretless.

Like Alexofc69 said, the import model is about 1/3 of the price of the signature model :)

Still expensive, but if you safe up a little bit longer, then you can buy that one if you like :)
