Bring me Sunshine, Minor Swing (Django Reinhardt) - it's impossible to be angry when listening to such great and cheerful songs.

I have to say Sepultura's - Rattamahatta (I don't think thats spelt right) this song is just so aggressive and angry and I always feel chilled after listening (read: having a good thrash) to it. Hey the bass probably isn't that interesting, but one thing I can say is it locks in tight.

anything by Entombed (especially off of the "Wolverine Blues" and "Morning Star" albums), Cryptopsy, or Meshuggah. works even better if you're me and you know all the drumming and can pound out your frustrations on the ol' skins :D

4 me it has to be some P.O.D, as you then have the whole mix of styles, as you work out your anger, eg real heavy metal, right through to some kind of funk, and then on to some rock!!

plus you KNOW that the message is good behind their tunes, so it really helps me deal with "stuff", as as supposed to music which just builds your anger more!!!

    Jah bless:cool:

Kraken, your spelling was close. The Sepultura song is "Ratamahatta" and is an excellent choice for an angry song as are several on that same "Roots" album. "StraightHate" is another partcularly forceful one.
  17. Actually, most of 'Downward Spiral' by NIN is angry. Good album.
