Another bass finished

    I finished the "Dragonfly" bass and it went out the door today. Here are a few pics for your amusement:

    Specs: 35" scale
    Aguilar OBP-3 preamp (18v) with bypass and passive tone
    side dot LEDs
    neck: wenge/purpleheart/maple with acrylized birdseye maple FB
    body: red maple top, walnut core and back with pupleheart accent lams
    Nordstrand NJ4SE pups
    Dingwall rotary pup selector switch for neck/series/parallel/bridge
    knobs by THG
    Infeld Superalloy strings
    8 lbs.

    Very nice! The bass almost looks as though it's finished in gold and bronze flakes :)

    Once again a beautiful job. And that shape is still great. How many is that now? Nice purpleheart body accent, but still 8 lbs.

    Thats Pretty sweet. But I think you should save up for a Really nice Digital Camera so you could start up a website with Pro level Pics of Pro level basses. :)
