Oh, now that looks QUITE dangerous. If it is actually available for sale, there had better not be AC on the contacts of that 1/4" plug when connected to a wall plug, because you know there would be somebody just stupid enough to plug it in.

The cable looks like a 1/4" phone plug to dual banana speaker cable to me.
remind them to tap the tip of the quarter inch to make sure their amp is on. save yourself a ruined guitar!
