Another Plagiarism Lawsuit - what do you think?

First "Stairway to Heaven" is back in court. Now Carrie Underwood. The attached article has both songs (involving the Sunday Night Football Carrie "Game On" song). These are always interesting, but I don't feel they are determined in a consistent way (it depends on the "expert" witnesses, quality of lawyers, etc - similar to most law cases, I guess).
