Any advice on good heads or cabs?

    I have a Peavey TNT 130. I am looking to upgrade. I don't know much about amps. I would appreciate any advice you have. If you have a nice set-up you would reccommend, tell me about it.:bassist:

    you should be more specific on what you're looking for/what you like...

    If you're on some sort of a budget I'd suggest you go Used...atleast for the head. and as for the speaker cabinets... check out www.avatarspeakers.com I have hear alot of good things from this company,and they can handle alot of watts...

    I just upgraded from an old peavey 400 (well very old) to an ampeg b4r it was a hell of an upgrade..about $630(ebay) 2yr warnnty still on it though.WELL worth it.it has all the tones I need and a ton of power.
    I liked my peavey and was considering a NEW Firebass II($750 or so) but that ampeg came along..IM glad it did,ill never use anything else besides my peavy micro for practice
