I have a Squier bass of which I love the feel. Modifying the bass is in order to increase the signal and increase parts durability.

I was looking at the Quan Badass II for the replacement bridge, but good luck with finding one.

Is there any other high-mass aftermarket bridge that increases sustain and attack like the Badass II, and, do they make it in chrome?

    Thanks.

The Badass is not "all that", do not believe the hype. There are lots of other choices out there, some much better.

yeah, leave the bridge alone and get some better pickups; that will make a real difference.

  7. Spend your money on great strings and pickups, not the bridge.

    Babicz it is.

I'll replace the pickups when I'm well ready to do so. Right now, I want to replace the bridge and nut.

One thing at a time. It's my bass.

  10. OK, sounds like you will go for the Babicz. I'm sure you will love it.
