Any anime fans? I need help finding something...

Hey, I'm sure there are plenty of anime fans here at TB. Or...at least I hope there are, specifically ones who can help me out with this.

I remember seeing several episodes of this one anime back in Hong Kong about a high school teacher with some sort of "demonic" hand, which he used to fight demons and things when he wasn't teaching.
The only other notable character that I can remember was a snow/ice demoness who was madly in love with him, and always chasing after him while he was busy lusting after a fellow teacher at the school.

If any of you know what I'm talking about and can give me a title or something, I'd really appreciate it. My roommate loves anime, but he hasn't heard of it.
