...limiting the spikes from a Morley Dual Bass Wah?

My wah signal is extremely hot, but I can't find a setting to limit the spikes that also works with my regular fingerstyle tone (i.e., it makes the regular tone too "squishy" for lack of a better word).

FWIW, I run these pedals on a bypass loop and only engage them when needed.

Even after reading Bongomania's, and numerous other compressor reviews, I can safely say that I have NO idea how to set this thing up! :D I've tried a few different settings, but nothing really seems to be working.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi dmq,

I keep the LMB-3 running all the time.
the enhance is on 0, as in off
    R and T at 6 and 7ish respectively.

this keeps the "spikes" far more manageable. But, it is a bit different on Basses with 2 pick ups or different amp etc.

I have often found that repeated "quiet" practice with as quick as possible A/B tests is what works for me to "figure out" what needs to be set where. Just really basic trial and error.

also my Morley Wah is the older Pro-Series II job.
