    I need to write about a hundred charts for a new band im in. I have a 12.9 ipad and I would download the finished charts in that. I would just print out the lyrics but I need spaces between lines to write in the chords. Is there a good easy software out there?

    Learn about chordpro format. Maybe use the "OnSong" app.

    I use Text Edit, though Pages or any other word processor will work, export as straight text (.txt) NOT .doc or .docx or .pages, with the document created as a chordpro document ie: All the chords look like this [Am7] and the header is:
    {t:Song Title}
    {s:Composer}
    then I upload to Dropbox and change the doctype to .pro. Done. Skip lines if you want, Use VERSE, CHORUS, BRIDGE et al. Works great in any app that take ChrodPro formatted docs. Personally I use SongBook YMMV.

    You can avoid the need to rename the file by putting the name in quotes when saving:
    save as pro.JPG

    DrummerwStrings and magic8161 like this.
