isobutyl nitrate For those who don't know, it was developed in the 1800's as a treatment for Angina. Basically, it opens up your veins and arteries to allow for increased bloodflow. The result is a minute or two of feeling drunk...
The reason you feel drunk it because it drops your blood pressure. Unless you had a heart condition I wouldn't take that stuff. Too much might mess you up badly. Vince
Hmm never mind on the heart condition statement. It might've been used to treat angina at one time but now it's a party drug. I was thinking of nitroglycerin. Vince
No. I don't sniff glue either. :scowl: You kids today... why, back in my day all we had was things like beer, and pot... ...down in Joe's garage, we didn't have no dope or LSD but a couple of quarts of beer would fix it so the intonation would not offend your ear...
People with heart conditions they were not aware of have died using it. Called those poppers IIRC. Never tried them, never will.
Isn't this what is referred to in the gay community as "poppers"? Used to lower one's inhibitions before those critical moments? Did I just do a "Debby Downer"?
Leinad, Your response and the fact that your location is "Cork City".......Painful irony. Peace, James
