The 3 volumes and switch are overcomplicated for no apparent reason. What are you trying to achieve with this ?
Otherwise it's ok. Don't forget to ground the bridge.

I want to be able to use either pickup individually, as well as in parallel.

I want to be able to use all three configurations of the humbucker.

... and I want a master volume/tone because I hate trying to achieve a volume/tone using multiple interacting controls.

A balance pot would do the same job as 2 volumes+switch.
That would make MM switch, balance pot, master volume tone.
    Much simpler no?

Not quite exactly the same, but honestly close enough for my me.

    Definitely.

So rev. 2 looks like this:

    basswiring-1.

    It looks good to me.
You could even have the MM switch as a push-pull to save space.
Make sure you get an audio blend pot with 100/100 at the central detent. Some of them are 50/50.
Once again remember to ground the bridge and do star grounding to prevent hum.

    I've never seen a three position push-pull.

Absolutely. Blend pot, not balance/pan pot.

Oh yeah, you want split too. No push-pull then. :)
